To put it simply I love food. I love healthy, wholesome food, that makes you feel good from inside out. I’m not a trained chef, I’m just a girl who loves being in the kitchen, creating new dishes and learning as I go. If I’m not in the kitchen, I’ll most likely have my head in a cookbook, reading other foodie blogs and websites or thinking about food! I even think of food when I wake up! Did I say I love food?
After discovering recently that I am intolerant to cow’s milk and gluten, I started coming up with recipes that could be made easily without either of these ingredients but still could be tasty, satisfying and healthy too. In fact, since I found out about my intolerances, it has made me more conscious of what I am putting into my body now and I want to prove that healthy nutritious food is not bland nor does it need to be a plate of lettuce.
